This mask was made as part of my Owl-Performance. It was inspired by a piece of armour in the Wallace Collection in London. The name came about when during the making of the mask, it developed a life and character of its own and weird and scary phenomena happened around it. The manifestations were mischievous, very frightening and 'beyond good and evil' and reminded me of the character of the classical "Mr.Punch". After naming the mask it became less scary.
